Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Abdelsalam holds a PhD in Law (Private Law – Civil and Commercial Procedure), with a doctoral thesis on electronic arbitration (2017–2018). He has been a licensed member of the Egyptian Bar since 2006, and has spent the years since building a practice that spans civil and commercial litigation, commercial and construction arbitration, and legal advisory work for professional syndicates and academic institutions.
حصل د. أحمد محمد عبد السلام على درجة الدكتوراه في الحقوق (القانون الخاص – قسم قانون المرافعات المدنية والتجارية)، برسالة بعنوان "التحكيم الإلكتروني" (2017/2018). وهو عضو مقيّد بنقابة المحامين المصرية منذ عام 2006، وقد أمضى السنوات التالية في بناء ممارسة تمتد عبر التقاضي المدني والتجاري، والتحكيم التجاري والإنشائي، والعمل الاستشاري لنقابات مهنية ومؤسسات أكاديمية.
Since 2020 he has served on the technical office of Justice Academy as a lecturer in arbitration and engineering-contract arbitration, and since 2010 has operated as an accredited legal trainer (TOT), delivering specialised programmes that now exceed 400 training hours across 11 countries. His academic work includes lecturing at Sinai Higher Institute for Specific Studies from 2018 to 2022, and supervising student arbitration teams for international moot competitions, most recently at Maulana Azad National Urdu University (India, 2025–2026) and NUST (Pakistan, 2023).
منذ عام 2020 يعمل عضوًا بالمكتب الفني بأكاديمية العدالة ومحاضرًا في التحكيم والتحكيم في العقود الهندسية، ومنذ عام 2010 يعمل محاضرًا ومدرّبًا قانونيًا معتمدًا (TOT)، منفذًا برامج تدريبية متخصصة تجاوزت 400 ساعة تدريبية في 11 دولة. وشملت أعماله الأكاديمية التدريس بمعهد سيناء العالي للدراسات النوعية من 2018 إلى 2022، والإشراف على فرق التحكيم الطلابية في المنافسات الدولية، وآخرها بجامعة مولانا آزاد الوطنية للغة الأردية (الهند، 2025-2026) وجامعة NUST (باكستان، 2023).
Since 2025 he has been extending this practice into legal-AI and data engineering, pursuing a Microsoft Data Engineer pathway and applying Python, SQL, and Power BI to legal knowledge management and AI-assisted arbitration drafting.
ومنذ عام 2025 يعمل على تطوير هذه الممارسة نحو الذكاء الاصطناعي القانوني وهندسة البيانات، عبر استكمال مسار مهندس بيانات معتمد من Microsoft، وتوظيف Python وSQL وPower BI في إدارة المعرفة القانونية والصياغة التحكيمية بمساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي.
